CAIRO /ADDIS
ABABA- Upon arrival in Addis Ababa at 12:15 P.M. transfer
to a 4 Star Hotel and up before tours of the National Museum and the open-air market.
This famous houses numerous relics and archeological artifacts showing the history
of Ethiopia from prehistoric times to modern day. Its most famous exhibit is the
3.5 million years old skeleton of “LUCY” A stop at the merkato, ‘the Grand Market’
will be made for you to browse, which is one of the biggest markets in Africa,this
bustling area presents visitors with goods available from all parts of the country.
Dinner and overnight in Hotel.

• Saturday Day 2 |
|
|
|
ADDIS ABABA/LALIBELA-Early morning, after breakfast transfer to the
Airport for flight at 7:00 AM to Lalibela. On arrival transfer to a 3 star Hotel.
Lalibela is home to the most famous churches
and many major religious ceremonies in Ethiopia. As a center for religious celebrations
Lalibela attracts visitors from all over Ethiopia and the world. It is famous for
its world renowned monolithic rock hewn churches built in the 12th century.
They are one of the world’a most incredible man-made creations. These remarkable
edifices were curved out of solid rock in a region where the rugged landscape protects
the churches from mass tourism. Dinner and overnight in a 3 star Hotel.

• Sunday Day 3 |

|
|
LALIBELA /AXUM-After
breakfast, transfer to the Airport for flight to Axum at 9:50 A.M, upon arrival
transfer to a 3 Star Hotel. Axum is Ethiopia’s most ancient city of the Axumite
Empire which flourished 3000 years ago. Its riches can still be pictured when gazed
upon the magnificent Obelisks, graves of king Kaleb and King Meskel and the legendary
Bath and palace ruins of the Queen of Sheba. Afternoon visit the Museum, Obelisks
and Castle and palace ruins. Dinner and overnight in a 3 Star Hotel.

• Monday Day 4 |

AXUM/BAHIR
DAR-After breakfast transfer to the Airport for flight
to Bahir Dar is at 10:55 A.m. upon arrival transfer to a three Star Hotel. Bahir
Dar is a well-known lakae shore town, situated at the southern most end of Lake
Tana. IT first rose to importance in the 16th century and is an important
trading center and tourist town. Afternoon, city tour of Bahir Dar and its market
Dinner and overnight in a three Star Hotel.

• Tuesday Day 5 |
|
|
|
BAHIR DAR-
In the morning drive to tissisat, or Smoke of
Fire, which is the local name given to the Blue Nile Falls, the most spectacular
warerfall in Northern Africa. The falls are at about 35Km away from Bahir Dar.
Afternoon , take a boat trip on Lake Tana and
visit the Ura Kidane Mihret Monasrery in Zeghie Peninsula. Dinner and overnight
in a 3 Star Hotel.

• Wednesday Day 6 |
|

BAHIR DAR/ GONDAR –Early
morning after breakfast transfer to the Airport for flight to Gondar at 8:20 A.M.
upon arrival transfer to a 3 Star Hotel. Gondar has been called the “Camelot of
Africa” once the capital of Ethiopia at the time of time of Emperor Fasildes in
the 17th
century. The “Imperial
Quarter” is one of the most impressive vestiges
of Ethiopia’s great past. Afternoon, visit the Castles of Gondar, Fasil Bath, and
Churches of Debre Berhan Selassie and Kusquam. Dinner and overnight in a Star Hotel.

• Thursday Day 7 |
|
|
|
GONDER /ADDIS ABABA-Morning,
at leisure or visit the market before transfer to the Airport for
return flight
at 12:50 P.M. On arrival in Addis Ababa transfer to a 4 Star Hotel. Afternoon at
leisure,
shopping or additional city tour of Addis Ababa.
Dinner in a National restaurant among folkloric songs and dances show. Overnight
in a 4 Star Hotel.
